‚d‚o Concept ‚r‚q type BladeGlip mini works
The EP Concept SR is used one body BladeGlip. It is good for toughness (large blade mount,big pitch arm). But SR-type glip hold allbearing loose. It is worth for dragging vibration.
I made small spacer for holding ballbearing. It make easy. It hold ballbearings like HROBO's SUTTLE head.
The structure is sinple.
To make spacer
Use 10mm aluminium pipe. Cut thickness 2.0mm (2.0--2.2mm adjust)
I use pipecutter and sander.
Push into ballbearing(2) to bladeglip. And fit spacer.
Fix spacer with 2mm*4mm bolts (with wassar plate). Drill holl 1.5mm at fixing point(look picture).
Tapping softly more better.
Easy work! But fixing bearing tightly. If your Concept SR make vibration at before sutopping mainblade, it is so good.
