Experimental Works Voyager-E

Use normal slider, and make hole wide to 8mm(each side , depth 2.5mm) center of hall 7mm.
Put in TAMIYA's 850 bearings. Between ballbearings set blass bush ( Innner 5mm Outer 6.8mm Length 4mm).
The center bush made from blass, and make screw with 5mm dice. (or near pitch)
The pitch plate is made from FUTABA's servo horn. Center metal made from aluminium, and make 5mm screw, and put into plate use quick glue.
If you have motor lathe, to make this is not so difficult.

I made alumminium angle like ( L), to hold skid.
My model's SCE is hold at this place.
I use KOplopo's controll amp heat sink. ( For EP car's)
I use 4P type connnecter.

I think that normal body mount is too long to keep body shape.
I cut body mount 3mm (Flame side).

I made servo mount from 5mm aluminium prate.( It can made from 1mm aluminium belt)
The teil pitch controol lods changed to carbon.

I have difficulty of tail heavy. So I forward battery pack.
I made this holder from 1mm aruminiumu. This way is good for keep CG right.

I make 12mm hole stabiliser blade 3place. ( See picture) And covered with cutting seat (or decal) and seald with adhacive bond.

More contorolable at hovering at high speed flight,not so less stability.
If you can controll hovering with no ploblem, pelhaps it make better.

Normal dumper rubber is soft to cause yawing and rolling in slow turning at hovering.
My friend teached me add gum-tape around dunper to hold blades hard. But it is not so good at my case.

High speed turning at hovering, not cause vivlation. But battery lowering, It cause vivlation.

I have K&S HEX dumper (blown red hardtype), so I cut dumper to fit Voyager-E. See this fig.

Blown lines are original K&S HEX dumper. Cut dumper like a blue lines, and cut thikness half and half. You get dumper fit to Voyager-E.
It is harder than normal, but no problem to low speed hovering.

Mybe can use to Voyager-E, like Hirobo Shutlle JR Voyager 30 or Ergo 30.
